According to Mikel Arteta, it isn’t. Arsenal have a five-point lead over Manchester City heading into tonight’s Premier League title showdown.
Arteta insists Arsenal’s trip to face Manchester City on Wednesday is night not a Premier League title decider however he admits his side must produce perfect results in order to be in with a realistic chance.

Manchester City and Arsenal head into their potential Premier League title decider both on long unbeaten runs but with momentum undeniably favouring City.
Arsenal are on a run of three dramatic draws in succession with big questions being asked over being able to handle their nerves as the run in looms large.
The Gunners and their five-point advantage may easier fall by the way side given City have two games in hand on the league leaders. Two games in hand are crucial at this stage of the season and there are no easy games as we head towards the finish line.

Pep Guardiola’s side may also struggle with fatigue and focus as they remain in three competitions whereas the Arteta’s men are only in one.
Let us not forget, Man City face a two-legged clash against Champions League giants Real Madrid in the Champions League semi-finals and also meet fierce local rivals Manchester United in the FA Cup final on June 3rd at Wembley.
